Inka Bartošová (Píbilová)

I work in education, awareness-raising, civil society development, the social sector and development cooperation. I am the director of IPA sro., evaluator, facilitator, methodologist, trainer. I guide organizations through their learning journey.

I prefer feminist and participatory approaches. For me, this means actively working with power dynamics and creating a safe space where marginalized groups can engage meaningfully and where diverse lived experiences are respected.

That's why I use narrative methods (e.g., Collective Story Harvest, Most Significant Change) and Art of Hosting principles (e.g., Open Space, Appreciative Inquiry, World Café, ProAction Café, etc.), which enable groups to self-organize and develop innovative solutions to complex questions. I tailor evaluation methodologies to each organization's needs (e.g. Participatory Outcome Harvesting).

Since 2007, I have been working to ensure that evaluation becomes an integral part of organizational development and everyday decision-making. I also believe that evaluation should contribute to a regenerative future.

I actively participate in evaluation conferences in the Czech Republic and internationally.
