"Simply offering a question already sets something in motion – it is the simplest intervention you can make into any system."

Mary Alice Arthur

We have invited an internationally recognized Art of Hosting expert whose work contributes a lot to the topic of “asking good questions is better than looking for quick answers.”  Mary Alice Arthur does this in a variety of settings and formats and on this day she will introduce us to two of them: The art of powerful questions and the Flow Game.
No matter if you engage in social or environmental changes as an activist, team leader, coach, evaluator, donor or policy maker, finding, crafting and sharpening a powerful question is likely your key leadership and life skill. A powerful question is a doorway into a different perspective, even a new reality. In the morning, Mary Alice Arthur will introduce us to the art of developing strong, powerful questions that, on their own, can change us and our (professional) fields.
In the afternoon, these questions will be incorporated into the Flow Game, a game for people who want to dare to ask the important questions. It is a powerful tool for creating an interactive space for reflection, dialogue and action for groups, teams and individuals. Although many people love playing games, they rarely see them as an opportunity to experience tangible transformation processes or professional challenges. The Flow Game is about questions that matter.
Everyone has small and large questions, but on this day we would like to offer a space to concentrate on our specific, currently moving times in a global and local context and our respective challenges. Taking part in a Flow Game” is easy to learn, but offers a surprisingly profound opportunity to explore the present or future in an intuitive and insightful way, and to receive support from the collective intelligence of the group. In this way, new perspectives can be opened up together with others.
More about the Flow Game.

"I used to believe this Flow Game was magic and every time the experience becomes even more powerful. First, I want to thank Mary Alice for hosting it smoothly and fluently. It made me feel safe enough to let my inner self express and manifest. I have so much to work on... and that is the best I could get from yesterday. You brought me clarity and a sense of perception. It is magic that such a casual meeting of random people has the power to nourish, inspire, and transform."
